Our Team
consists of a group of professionals with a diverse background in
marketing, sales, promotions, law, broadcasting, journalism and
social media marketing. Leveraging our unique experience, we have
helped build the brands of companies such as AT&T, Pillsbury, Heinz,
ConAgra, Merck, Coors, Frito Lay, Citizens Bank, Icelandic Seafood,
Stolichnaya Vodka, Hasbro, Topps Trading Cards, The Danbury Mint,
PLB Sports, and the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. |

Brian E. Koeberle, Esq.
– President/CEO |
|

Brian
Koeberle is President/CEO of Koeberle & Associates, Inc
(K&A). He is also the Managing Attorney of the Koeberle Law
Firm, LLC (www.yoursportslawyer.com).
Brian has over 20 years experience in the
sports/entertainment field as an attorney, sports marketing
agent, and negotiator. In short, he’s a deal-maker. He is
a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and the
Duquesne University School of Law. While at Duquesne, Brian
was Associate Article Editor of the Duquesne Law Review, and
Founder and President of the Entertainment and Sports Law
Society. |

Brian
began his sports career in 1990 when he joined the staff of
Major League Alumni Marketing, the licensing and marketing
arm of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni
Association. He was quickly promoted to Director of
Operations and House Counsel, in charge of operational and
legal affairs for an organization of over 2,500 former major
league baseball players. |

In
1994, Brian felt the entrepreneurial itch and struck out on
his own, establishing Koeberle & Associates, Inc. in
Pittsburgh, PA. At K&A, Brian has created, negotiated and
drafted hundreds of sports and entertainment marketing
agreements between various athletes/entertainers and many of
his corporate clients. Brian has also produced, managed
and promoted numerous sports and entertainment themed events
around the world, from Europe and the Far East, to Iraq and
Afghanistan. |

On the
academic side, Brian is widely published in the field of
legal issues dealing with sports, recreation and fitness.
He currently serves on the faculty of Robert Morris
University, teaching courses in sports law and event
management. When not making deals or practicing law, Brian
can be found on the soccer field coaching his son’s team, or
relaxing with his family and dog at their log home in the

Doug Ritchart
– Senior Account Manager |
|

Doug
Ritchart is currently on his second stint with Koeberle &
Associates (K&A). Doug initially spent four years with our
company as an account executive. He then spent two valuable
years as an event coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy
Association (MDA). Realizing that his true love was sports,
Doug signed on for another ride with us as our Senior
Account Manager. In that capacity, he is responsible for
overseeing the firm’s various accounts, including
implementing various promotional and marketing strategies to
help build and enhance our client’s brands. |

Doug
also has a varied event management background, both with K&A
and MDA. With MDA, he was responsible for implementing a
variety of events to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy,
most notably the annual “Muscle Team” fundraiser. For K&A,
Doug has managed events around the world, from corporate
marketing events to military goodwill tours. |

Doug is
a graduate of Robert Morris University’s Sport Management
Program. When not managing his client’s accounts, he can be
found rooting for his hometown Steelers, Penguins and
Pirates or chasing after his daughter Ella. You can reach

Emmett “Trey” Jones
– Consultant |
|

Emmett
“Trey” Jones is one of our top consultants who specializes
in social media marketing for our clients. Trey is also a
practicing attorney for the Koeberle Law Firm. He recently
gained national attention for launching the social media
marketing campaign for Terrell Owens’ breakfast cereal “TO’s”,
a project in collaboration with our client PLB Sports. Trey
has also assisted several of our clients with website
design, facebook and twitter profiles, and company blogs. |

Trey
also runs his own blog, sportsbusinessdigest.com, which
focuses on the business of sports, sports marketing and
current issues in sports law. Trey has garnered a national
following with his insightful and entertaining blog. He is
a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and the Duquesne
University School of Law. When not working, Trey can

Andrew “A.J” Chiappazzi
– Sales and Marketing Assistant |

Andrew
“A.J.” Chiappazzi is our sales and marketing assistant,
responsible for assisting the various sales and marketing
efforts of our team. A.J. is a graduate of Robert Morris
University with a degree in communications. While at RMU,
A.J. developed a broad background in journalism,
broadcasting, and producing sports features. A.J. has
continued his love of journalism as a featured correspondent
and sportswriter for the Beaver County Times, where he
reports on high school, college and professional sports in
Western Pennsylvania. A.J. can be reached at
